Cancellation policy

Cancel in writing, by email or phone. If you cancel at least 14 days before the departure date, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel later than that, the deposit is not refunded, because your place had already been held and could not be offered to anyone else. The balance, if already paid, is refunded in full at any point before departure. Moving to another available date, where possible, is not treated as a cancellation and does not affect the deposit. A cancellation or reschedule due to weather follows the weather policy instead of these terms.
