What you agree to when you send a reservation request. OUG 34/2014 requires all of it to reach you before you are bound by anything.
What you are buying
One all-inclusive package for a fixed departure date: the guided ATV or UTV route and the accommodation for everyone on the booking. The parts are not sold separately. Each route page states its distance, the days on the trail and the nights of accommodation included.
Price
The price in the booking form is the total for the machines and rooms you selected, and it includes fuel. There are no booking fees and nothing is added later. Euro is the authored price. Lei and forint are converted at the rate in effect and rounded to a clean figure, so they move a little over time.
How you pay
By bank transfer only. This site processes no card payments and has no payment provider connected to it. You send the request, we email you the bank details, you transfer the deposit, and the place is confirmed. The balance follows before departure.
When the contract exists
Sending the form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved and nothing is owed until we confirm your place in writing by email. If the departure fills before your deposit arrives we tell you, and nothing is charged.
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply
You do not get the usual 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract here, and the law requires us to tell you so plainly rather than stay quiet about it. Art. 16 letter l) of OUG 34/2014 excludes services related to leisure activities, and accommodation other than for residential purposes, whenever the contract provides for a specific date of performance. Your booking is tied to the departure date you choose, so both exclusions apply. What you can do if your plans change is set out in the cancellation policy. That is a term we offer, not a statutory minimum sitting underneath it.
Who may ride
Every rider is 18 or over and holds a valid category A or B driving licence, because the machines are road registered and a route can cross or follow a public road. On the intermediate and advanced routes full protective gear is mandatory and you bring your own. You confirm both when you book, and the exact wording you agreed to is stored with your reservation.
Complaints
Write to us first. If we cannot settle it between us, you can refer the complaint to reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, the Romanian alternative dispute resolution platform. If you would rather use a body in your own country, the European Commission keeps a directory of national dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Governing law
Romanian law applies to the contract. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a case before the courts there.
The deposit is 50% of the total. The balance is due 1 day before departure.
